Botting with merged account

Hi i was wondering would it be completely safe, for my main account. If i bought a new wow to my bnet and used it to bot some achievements.

i also wouldn't trade any other items than looms and buy pets/mounts with the gold i would receive. And if i get banned on the account would the achievements still be there?
