I have 2 Honobuddy keys that I bought with an old debit card, and using an email that I don't remember.
I have no access to buddyauth because i can't remember the login I set up for those 2 keys, but I have all of my basic information.
Is there any way I can at least be reminded of what my username for BuddyAuth is, as my passwords have not changed in the last 5 years.
All I keep getting back as a support message is that I need to provide them with all of the original purchase information and dates. I don't remember any of that because the bank information I used for that was at another bank. And they wont provide me with the old email account I used to purchase the keys.
Can anyone help me at least either get the email I used to purchase the keys, or even just the first 3 letters of the email like wer********@h******.com, or the login name I used.
