Framelock makes me get fps drops

When I have framelock on, it lags in combat, but when I turn it off it stops lagging, How can I fix this? I need Framelock to work without lags





things ive tried that didnt work:



changing from directx11 to directx9



new install of honorbuddy



restarted my computer



changing the tick bar on framelock settings
