Honorbuddy won't attach

I couldn't get honorbuddy to work after the patch. I've reinstalled and downloaded the latest honorbuddy but I still don't have any luck. I completely deleted the old HB folders and redownloaded. I get this message when I try to use HB



"We couldn't find a free WoW process to attach. Please make certain your toon is standing in game world and you are running latest version of Honorbuddy."
