Can't Install Honorbuddy

Hey guys



Having a problem here, installing HonorBuddy.

When I download the direct exe file it says "Windows can't access the file..."

When I download the rar version when runing the exe file, a winrar error box pops up...



I've installed other buddys on this pc and didn0t have a single problem with them.



Any ideas ?
