Arelog combat routine question

I was wondering how do I select a specific CR on the setup of the arelogger? Like, where it says "combat routine" I know I can write the CR I want but how do I know what to type? I currently use Singular now cause I just need to write Singular but what if I wanted to use gladiator,mills or portal? What do I write for arelog to recognize ?
