Cannot locate my enyo bot

yo today when i logged on my enyo botbase dissaperad,

i checked buddystore and its says purcased ,

i checked my purcase and its enable,

Can anyone tell me what to do cuz when i start hb i cannot find it, only questing, and bg, and all other botbase but not enyo :/:mad:
