Email about Password change

What is going on this is the 3rd time that I have gotten DC'd and when I check my email it says

Battle.net Account - Password Reset



We have reset the password for the Battle.net account associated with this email address. To choose a new password, click this link and follow the instructions:



I reset the password and go to log and I am Banned.

First Time was just 2/5 Tank & 1 DPS

Second Time was 3/5 Tank & 2 DPS

Third Time was 4/5 Tank & 3 DPS



I have done these 5 man HMOP Teams Since september and I have had no problems since 2 weeks ago.



Any Helpful Suggestions
