Can no longer install Honorbuddy

I uninstalled Honorbuddy as I was getting all kinds of compile errors when I tried running any profile.

After uninstalling, I have been unable to reinstall. I've tried to use buddywizard but even after

telling AVG that it's not a virus and running it as administrator, nothing happens when I click on it.

I completely unistalled and reinstalled all my c++ 2005-2013 and it makes absolutely no difference.
