Cannot reinstall Honorbuddy

<sup>I have been using Honorbuddy for a while, and after returning to WoW after a break, my Honorbuddy would not work even after updating it. For some reason, the profiles I loaded would not ever start. Because of this, I tried to reinstall Honorbuddy entirely and even then, the install will not finish. It gets to the installation of C++ and then fails.
