Cant register my key

just bought a month subscription and when "buying" a free plugin it says following: Purchase failed. You don't own a key for Archebuddy in your buddyauth account. Please make sure you are using the buddyauth account that your keys are bound to.



i tried to register my key on http://ift.tt/1CtvMKT but it says key allready registered, wich is impossible since i just bought it.



any help would be appreciated.
