Having trouble with Honorbuddy fairly NOOB with this so please help someone

i had it isntalled and running perfectly fine two days ago. Then it stopped working so i decided to delete it and download again and now it wont even download it and says my system doesnt permit it and i need to contact a system administrator. wont even finish installing. yet was running fine 2 days ago log.txt
