Massive Issues

I recently purchased Honorbuddy and I am having nothing but trouble it works maybe 1/20 times I try and load it, Sometimes I will open it and it will freeze, sometimes it will take 4-5 minutes to load options, sometimes it will queue for a BG then enter and do nothing other times it will start and do nothing at all, There is a few other things it does wrong but I feel this is a good start, extremely displeased so far.
