ProfessionBuddy .NET Framework Error

Was there a fix to this issue? http://ift.tt/1NRC1uT. I have the exact same problem.

Only happens with Enchant/Tailor.

Edit: Clean Install,Using Bitdefender but HB Folder And process are exempt. Everything was fine a couple of weeks ago.
