[QB] "Meatgut needs bone" auto run and turn in quest

I have 2 profiles using questing botbase

You shoud install "Turn in" addon to turn in this quest faster

If you don't want to install that addon, you could use profile Meatgut needs bone no turn in addon. However, you will spend more much time.

This profile will auto run to Meatgut and turn in quest
