Questing botbase not generating path to pick up quest.

I have my toon sitting in org and when I start the 12 - 58 profile the character just sits there. It spams waiting for quest to appear. It's not generating a path to the quest.

If I move the toon to the quest it will pick it up do the quest then stand there again not generating path.
