Using Trinity combat routine...barb will stand still having a seizure

As stated above I'm using trinity and using the charge build. The barb will charge around for a bit, but when a big group comes around he will stand still quickly repeating the start of a shout motion over and over while mobs beat him down. I've cycled out all abilities to ensure one was not causing the issue but the bot keeps doing this action as of this morning...the previous days he has not and nothing in my build or setup has changed.
