Authentication failed

I used Hb yesterday without any problems... and today it got this bug. I used the system optimizer of my antivirusprogramm (Bitdefender total security 2015) It cleans the Registry, delete the junk-data and cleans some data privacyproblems.

I'm also used ur guide from
