lag is unbearable in BRF

I done every suggestion i can find on the forums and nothing can fix my FPS issues. My lag is so bad in BRF i cant raid. I dont it all running leaves, singular,tuanha. It doesnt matter what i do i cant stop it. Here is the log. 11556 2015-02-04 00.49.txt
