% of chance of increasing the legendary stone

Previously it was possible in questtools to exhibit minimal chance of increasing the legendary stones. Now if I equipped 20 stone and I closed 13 bot persistently appet 20 stone with a chance of 1% though before he would appal other stones.

Question is there any Adon to set the % chance of increasing the stones??
