Authentication failed before asking for key[New user]

Hello, I have just bought Honorbuddy today. When I try to install it I see an error that pops up that says something about 0xc000007b(This is when I try to use the launcher as administrator. When I open Honor buddy directly as administrator I get the error Authentication failed(before it even asks for the key. I HAVE already downloaded and used the Buddy Wizard as well as the Resdistributablex86 thingy I keep seeing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
