Question about Ticks Per Second

So while I am in cities, I normally get around 50+ FPS. While im out in the world questing, I get around 100-130fps. But when I am in arenas I am always getting 100+ FPS easily. I am not sure about BGs/RBGs yet as I havent checked that. I use combat routines for arenas/BGs/RBGs such as TuanHAs. Should I set my TPS on HB Settings & Tools to 100 (max)? As well as in the Enyo Bot Config? or should I use a lower TPS?



Some specs:

-EVGA GTX 770 Superlock Graphics Card

-Intel 3770k Processor

-Latency is normally around 32ms.
