Using Blood Shards

Is there any way to have the bot spend blood shards and gamble on items? I don't know about others, but I like to bot in rifts to save up on trials for myself. The only problem is that after a short while I am maxed out on blood shards. Any possible way to spend those and choose which to spend on?



Edit: After about 45 minutes of rifts, I am at 377 shards.
