new needing help

Hi guys,



First time exilebuddy user here and first time to bot in any game.



Im sorry if i sound such a noob but when i try turning on my exilebuddy i get a crash message like this all the time:

can anyone help me out here? I get this after i choose the default settings UI.



Also is this the right way to ask for help? i was looking around in the forums but i couldnt figure out how to contact the support team.
