Bot not keeping TP/Wis Scrolls in Inventory

I check fill wisdom & fill tp scrolls, the bot will take 40 of each, close the stash and then open it and return them to the stash again. This results in the error of the bot repeatedly logging out because it has no portal scrolls... Why is this happening?
