Plugin question

I think ive understood almost all about this bot (how to install, run) but i cant see new plugins, yet:)



I open the manager > i copy the text > i save the location of this file into Plugins folder???



How do i refresh the bot? Login/Logout of the bot? I cant see the new plugin.
