Cant login to my boy Authenticantion Failed.

Give a description of the problem!!!



I bought this in 2012, and when i bought it for around 25 euro it says that i could use this for around 3000 days plus-minus. There has only passed 985 days since i bought it and now i cannot use it. What is the problem, it says Authentication failed.
