DB acting weird while second game runs in fullscreen mode

D3 runs in windowed mode and everything is fine but whenever I open WoW in fullscreen mode while DB doing his job in D3 it goes into retarded mode and gives me this error text ( all in red )

Does this mean I have to run WoW in windowed mode as well?
