Does the bot work on a brand new account?

Let say i make a fresh account without any cards. Does the bot work with brand new accounts without any cards on the account but basic cards? If so, do i need to configure decks myself or there is already premade one for this purpose?



I feel like starting a brand new account and see how far i can go from scratch.
