In order to use Exilebuddy (Release #76 / Beta #954) users must download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package (x86).
This change was a part of the core Buddy libraries most of the bots share, and was announced in the HB release thread, I forgot it would also affect EB, and there was a random patch last night, so the changes went into effect without an announcement today.
