Honorbuddy is not working after update (have done suggested fixes)

So, as you can see i am getting the grey window in HB and i have done the update, uninstalled any old versions of c++ and .net etc, used the honorbuddy dependency helper installer thing, updated everything necessary etc. still does not seem to fix the grey window issue... see screenshot and log attached.
