New Hard drive, new ram, new windows 8.1 install. HB not loading.

I just installed a new SSD and ram, then installed a fresh copy of 8.1, ive done all the windows updates and down loaded HB and wow. checked n made sure i have net 4.0 4.5. anything im missing??
