Crash on start

So as some other threads im having issues, and as Tony wrote in other posts i've followed quite a few steps without any luck. I am however on a wifi connection if that has anything to do with it. What i have done so far is:



Remove the windows components -

run Buddywiz -

Update win -

Exceptions in firewall -



Restarts in between ofc



Any suggestions?
