Having a few issues

Mainly, it seems, my characters are having issues casting on themselves. When botting it seems to regularly cast things on themselves through singular , ex: [Singular] *Blessing of Kings on dps.Paladin.7969 @ 100.0% at 0.0 yds, but it doesn't usually cast, the curser just stays lit. This really becomes an issue when im botting a class that can heal itself and the char just sits there not healing itself when taking damage and dies. This may be caused by logging on as one char and then doing something as a diff char as that seems to confuse it. Any help on a fix? Is there something Im supposed to do when I switch chars or should I just be restarting it all
