Honorbuddy won't start: Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory....

I keep getting this error when I run honorbuddy. This is a fresh install done via the zip. I was unable to install from the installer as it kept giving me a public key error. I am running as admin, game launched using HB launcher.
