For some reason I have been getting lower FPS than I believe I should be getting. My computer is by no means a supercomputer but it should run WoW on Ultra flawlessly I would think. Looking for others with similar setups or suggestions on what the problem may be. I'm decent with computers and have been building my own for years and to me, this seems like it should work fine.
I even had HB stop today with the message that my FPS was absurdly low lol.
I have used MSconfig to make sure as little as possible is starting with computer
All drivers are updated
Wow Runs on DX11 and 32Bit
Windows 8.1 64
AMD FX 6300
8 gigs DDR3-1600 ram
MSI R9 290 GPU
Game is running off of a 256gig PNY XLR8 SSD
On the fair graphics settings in WoW, I hover around 45FPS, as soon as I get into an outdoor environment moving around and casting it drops into the 20's. ( Seems ridiculous to me with my setup ) Any suggestions?
