New Windows 10 Update - Won't load honorbuddy; Can't do new install either.

I had it working on Windows 10 for a while but a new update killed that.



I can run it as admin and it will log on, but after that it auto-shuts down. Trying to re install throws an error too. Here is the re-install log file:
