[Plugin] Land Grab + Land Scan

After got a ban, i decided to share my source of land grabbing.

I'll not explain how it works, but feel free to test.

Just an observation: Do not use the land scan with more than 100 meters.



I already delete the game so can't take a screenshot.



That file contains the source and a compiled dll.
