Possible reason for DB not logging in??? Can anyone else go to the buddyauth website?

Both of these sites, Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and Buddy Store will not come up for me. Can anyone else get these sites to load? Also, if the buddyauth.com site is down, will that be why DB just sits at the logging in?
