Flame Shock Profile Help

So after sifting through all the Combat routines/Shaman Profiles I can get my hands on, I can't find one that would JUST keep flame shock up as much as it can. Particularly on 3-5 targets, my target should take priority.



Flame Shock that's all.



Any help is much appreciated. Even if it is just showing me how to write the profile my danm self.
