HB minimize to tray on start

Hey there, on one of my bots, when i start HB, after i pres log-in, the HB windows is moving to tray, and i can`t bring it back to deskptop, i can only press start/stop/exit... thus not giving me the option to set it up. On properties, it`s set to start in normal window.

I`m using Win 8.1 if it matters. 1508 2014-09-04 13.23.txt
