32/64bit error

new to HB, installed it using the installer. launched WOW using the HB launcher. it started WOW then it asked me for my HB key I inserted it and it loaded the main HB bot screen and gave me no options. Log and snip SS attached. Please advise. s1.PNG5204 2014-10-02 14.42.txt
