having trouble with running anything with kicks profile.

i dled the kicks profile from the buddy store. watched videos on how everything works (dl it and making sure its streaming) and i have tried to trouble shoot it but i cant figure it out. when ever i start it up, it keeps spamming this message in the texts chat.
