Possible LazyRaider issue

I've been running lazy raider just fine for a long while. Just today it started to not want to initiate combat like it usually does. I forget what the exact settings were at, but I'd run up to a group of mobs in a dungeon and it'd auto cast a pull for them, with no targeting or casting done by myself, and the CC would proceed to kill them. Now I have to manually pull them, or start combat for anything to even trigger the CC to attack. In fact, it doesn't even work in dungeons now, at all. The CC trigger will only work on training dummies only after I have initiated combat. I have already reinstalled a fresh copy and it still persists. I don't know what else to do lol
