So 3 days ago I had all 3 of my accounts banned within a matter of an hour. I sent in requests for them each and had no replied until today.
What I did to get the accounts back within 20 minutes:
1. Go to Technical Support
2. Either piggy-back on someone else's thread or create your own
3. Copy/paste your information from the email you sent along with your character name and server
I got all three accounts back within 20 minutes of doing this.
I don't know yet if my IP and HWID is still going to be flagged but will test this out and let you guys know. I am hoping if they just unbanned it they aren't going to re-ban it instantly like other accounts I tried to create.
