Issues with buddy store. Can't see obtained store profiles

Have an issue with buddy store.

Cant see any profiles when pressing the "load profile from buddy store" button on HB.

Just reinstalled windows on my PC and it still doesn't work, also have another PC where I've tried HB on, same issue.

So Im pretty sure this is a server based issue.

Any ideas?
