problem buying fury unleashed 2 on buddystore

so i went to buy it, and i tried twice, and it just gave a red bar at the top of the screen. turns out, my moms bank blocked it cus it was out of the country. so she went to the bank and they said they would let the payment go through..so ive been charged for the routine, yet i still dont have it. its been 24 hours since the bank let the transaction go through. yet still no FU2...



nomnomnom told me to contact HB support instead of him, so here i am.



please help.
